Welcome to SkyHabit. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Optimal Living Daily LLC(“SkyHabit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates the SkyHabit website at skyhabit.com, along with our quizzes, readings, email newsletters, shareable cards, audio, and any related content or products (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use SkyHabit

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are able to enter into this agreement.

2. What SkyHabit is — and isn't

SkyHabit provides astrology-based readings, a personality-type result, daily and weekly emails, shareable cards, and audio content, generated from the birth details and quiz answers you provide.

This content is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not professional advice of any kind. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, therapist, financial advisor, lawyer, or other professional, and we make no guarantee that any reading is accurate or that any outcome will occur. Always use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health, finances, relationships, or legal rights. You are solely responsible for how you use anything you read or hear on the Service.

3. Your reading and your personal link

When you complete a quiz and enter your email, we create a reading for you and a private link (your “magic link”) that opens your reading on any device. Keep your personal link private — anyone with it can view your reading. You are responsible for activity that happens through your link.

4. The newsletter

If you subscribe, you'll receive our free daily notes and weekly letter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

5. Purchases and payments

Some parts of the Service may be offered for a one-time fee. Prices are shown at checkout, and payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. Because paid items are digital products delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where we choose to offer one.

6. Our content and your license to use it

The readings, text, cards, artwork, audio, logos, and other materials on the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and enjoy your own readings and to share your personal cards for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content, or use it to build a competing product, without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example: don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it; don't use bots or scrapers; don't submit false information about other people; and don't use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Third-party links and services

The Service links to third-party sites and services (such as our podcast host and email provider). We don't control those and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any reading will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Optimal Living Daily LLC and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or your reliance on any content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optimal Living Daily LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
